Mon Repos, Saint Lucia – July 29, 2025 — A 21-year-old man from Mon Repos was reportedly injured in a vehicular crash on Monday night in Mon Repos. The extent of his injuries has not been confirmed.
Emergency responders from the Saint Lucia Fire Service confirmed that they received the distress call at approximately 9:41 p.m. and responded promptly to the scene. The victim, has been identified as Makim Austin.
The circumstances surrounding the crash are unclear and Austin is believed to have been the sole occupant and operator of the vehicle at the time of the incident.
