Excitement is building across Saint Lucia as the highly anticipated “Good News Gospel Explosion” enters its final countdown for the launch of the island-wide evangelistic campaign. Hosted by the Saint Lucia Mission of Seventh-day Adventists, the series will officially begin on Friday, May 29, at 7:00 p.m. under the large yellow and blue tent near the Cul De Sac Bridge in the Cul De Sac Valley.
The campaign will be led by renowned evangelist Dr. Claudius Morgan, who is expected to deliver a series of Bible centred messages focused on hope, healing, revival, end times and spiritual transformation. Organizers believe the event will provide an opportunity for individuals and families from across the island to deepen their faith and find encouragement during challenging times.
“I want you to come, I want to preach to you, I want to sing to you. We are going deep into the scripture,” Dr. Morgan said.
According to event organizers, the Gospel Explosion will continue through June 27, featuring nightly services beginning at 7:00 p.m. Thursdays will serve as rest nights, while Sabbath services will begin at 9:00 a.m. The month-long outreach is designed to bring communities together through worship, prayer, inspirational music, and practical biblical teaching.
The organizers also highlighted the campaign’s commitment to creating a welcoming environment for people of all backgrounds and religions. Attendees can expect powerful preaching, messages of healing and deliverance, uplifting music, and family friendly programming aimed at strengthening both spiritual and community connections.
“As I said before, don’t bring a friend, invite a friend…add to that crown you will wear when you get to heaven.” Dr. Morgan added.
Church leaders are encouraging residents to invite relatives, friends, neighbours, children over eight years old and colleagues to attend the meetings. The campaign’s central message is rooted in sharing the gospel and offering hope to those seeking guidance, purpose, and renewed faith.
The event is inspired by the biblical promise found in Matthew 24:14, which declares, “And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.” As final preparations continue at the Cul De Sac venue, anticipation is growing for what organizers hope will be a transformative spiritual experience for many across Saint Lucia.
