Two adult males are receiving medical care following a vehicular incident along the Palmiste Highway earlier this morning, after the vehicle they were travelling in veered off the roadway and into a nearby ditch.
Emergency responders from the Saint Lucia Fire Service (SLFS) were dispatched to the scene at approximately 9:02 a.m., where they attended to the injured driver and passenger.
Preliminary reports indicate that both individuals sustained bodily injuries; however, the extent of those injuries has not yet been confirmed, as emergency personnel continue their response efforts.
The two men were subsequently transported to a medical facility for further evaluation and treatment.
The circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear at this time, and investigations are expected to determine the cause of the crash.
