At least one person has been confirmed dead following a shooting incident Thursday evening at the entrance of Wilton’s Yard, near the Castries Health Centre.
According to initial reports, three individuals were shot. One male has been confirmed dead, while the condition of the two others—one of whom is believed to be a woman—remains unclear. There are conflicting reports suggesting the possibility of additional fatalities, but these have not yet been confirmed by police.
