Gun violence has struck again , this time in Monchy, with popular soca artiste Mongster hospitalized after being shot multiple times on Sunday night.
Reports indicate that the shooting occurred around 11:00 p.m. Mongster, a well-known figure in Saint Lucia’s soca scene, sustained several gunshot wounds and was rushed to hospital for urgent medical treatment. His injuries are reportedly non life threatening.
The circumstances surrounding the incident are still under investigation by Police. No further details have been released regarding possible suspects or motives.
