CASTRIES – Police are investigating the death of an 18-year-old male, whose body was discovered at Leslie Land, Castries, around 2:05 p.m. on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, in what authorities suspect may be a suicide.
Emergency services responded swiftly to the scene after receiving reports of the discovery. The identity of the young man has not yet been officially disclosed, but authorities confirmed he was a resident of Leslie Land.
Officers attached to the Criminal Investigations Department are currently examining the circumstances surrounding the tragic incident. Authorities have appealed to members of the public who may have information related to this incident to contact the nearest police station or the Crime Hotline.
