In addition to her inspirational words, Joseph and her team presented care packages to the girls as a tangible symbol of encouragement and support.

“For us as a company, a lot of what we do in People & Culture is about developing individuals, building confidence, and providing support so that they feel empowered to step out and do their best in their respective disciplines,” Joseph remarked. “We are here to encourage you to do the same. Regardless of the challenges you may face, keep pressing on, keep accelerating, and keep moving forward. Use the support system you have here at the Upton Gardens Girls Centre to do your very best.
