On Sunday, November 24, 2024 about 11:30 p.m. Police Officers attached to the Soufriere Police Station responded to a report of an unresponsive male on Market Road, Soufriere.
At the scene investigators observed one (1) male, who bore signs of apparent gunshot wounds. Saint Lucia Fire Service personnel attended to the victim and conveyed him to the Soufriere Hospital via ambulance. He was later pronounced dead by a medical practitioner.
The deceased has been identified as Jeff Mitchel of Market Road, Soufriere.
