WASCO wishes to inform the public of an emergency shutdown of the Northern Network scheduled for Wednesday 1st October, 2025 from 6:00 A.M. These works are necessary to facilitate the repair of a rupture on the raw water transmission line, estimated to be completed within 48 hours.
During this period, water pressure and supply to customers from Millet to Cap Estate will be affected. Upon completion of these works, consumers at higher elevations and at the end of the distribution line may experience additional delays. The public is therefore strongly advised to collect and conserve water, where possible.
