Must Read

Castries, Saint Lucia – The inaugural Connectors Circle Business Mixer brought together a dynamic group of hospitality professionals for an evening of networking, collaboration, and industry insights.

Hosted at BalaCasa, in Balata, Saint Lucia, the event was organized by Michelle Charles of BalaCasa – vacation rental apartments and Perle Alcindor, of Bon Vivant Smart Apartments.

The highlight of the evening was an engaging address by Mrs. Erwin Louisy, President of the Saint Lucia Hospitality and Tourism Association (SLHTA), who emphasized the importance of partnerships and innovation in the evolving hospitality landscape. The event attracted a diverse mix of industry players, from Airbnb hosts and tour operators to transportation providers, chefs, and spa owners, all eager to explore new opportunities for synergy.

The Connectors Circle was created to foster alliances within key sectors, by providing a platform for industry stakeholders to exchange ideas, share resources, and foster strategic partnerships.  This latest initiative focused on the tourism and hospitality sector, with an emphasis on collaboration and sustainable growth.  By bridging gaps between service providers, the initiative seeks to enhance the overall visitor experience and strengthen the industry as a whole.

The Business Mixer is part of a planned series of quarterly networking events, designed to encourage meaningful dialogue and cooperation among industry professionals. The success of this gathering signals a promising future for Connectors Circle, reinforcing its commitment to “fostering alliances” that drive innovation and excellence in Saint Lucia and the wider OECS region.
