The internationally acclaimed reality TV franchise Real Housewives of Beverly Hills brought the curtain down on its 14th season in spectacular fashion—right here in Saint Lucia.
Cast members Bozoma Saint John, Dorit Kemsley, Erika Jayne, Garcelle Beauvais, Kyle Richards, and Sutton Stracke chose the luxurious Windjammer Landing Resort & Residences as their island retreat. Set along the scenic Labrelotte Bay, the 65-acre Mediterranean-style resort served as the backdrop for the show’s dramatic season finale.
In an interview following the finale, actress and TV personality Garcelle Beauvais shared her admiration for the island, calling Saint Lucia “one of the most beautiful destinations” she’s visited. “I had never been. It was beautiful. I mean, they were so welcoming. Everybody’s so nice. We stayed in this villa that looked like we were in Greece. It was unbelievable,” Beauvais told host Sherri Shepherd.
Known for its mix of glamour and high-octane drama, the Real Housewives franchise is no stranger to exotic locations. Yet even amidst the usual cast conflicts, Beauvais couldn’t help but reflect on the irony: “We go to beautiful locations to argue. Really? Instead of being at home and arguing, we go to Saint Lucia to argue more,” she said with a laugh.
Saint Lucia continues to gain momentum as a prime location for international productions. In recent years, the island has hosted episodes of Below Deck (Season 10), Married at First Sight: Honeymoon Island, and The Bachelor (Seasons 14 and 18).
Tourism Minister Dr. Ernest Hilaire, speaking during the filming in July last year, underscored Saint Lucia’s growing appeal to global producers. “Saint Lucia continues to be a destination of choice for such productions,” he said. “We were proud to welcome the cast of Real Housewives. Despite some logistical constraints, Saint Lucia remains an ideal location.”
Windjammer Landing, which has welcomed global stars such as Whitney Houston, Babyface, Chlöe Bailey, and Burna Boy, added another milestone to its star-studded legacy with this recent feature.
