A fourth suspect has been arrested and charged in connection with the fatal shooting of Creséan Biscombe in La Clery, Castries, according to an update from the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force (RSLPF).

Police say twenty-eight-year-old Alfred Compton David, also known as “Small Boy” or “Freddo,” of Odsan, Castries, was arrested on Thursday, February 26, 2026. He was formally charged with the offence of murder on Saturday, February 28, 2026.

David appeared before the First District Court on Monday, March 2, 2026, where he was remanded to the Bordelais Correctional Facility as the investigation continues.

The development comes as police continue probing the January 19, 2026 fatal shooting of twenty-seven-year-old Creséan Biscombe of La Clery, Castries, who was killed in the same community earlier this year.

Authorities had previously arrested and charged three other suspects in relation to the incident. The latest arrest marks a significant update in the ongoing investigation.

The Royal Saint Lucia Police Force has confirmed that investigations into the matter remain ongoing.
