A pre-dawn police operation in Millennium Heights, Castries has led to the recovery of an illegal firearm and ammunition and the arrest of three individuals, as law enforcement continues intensified efforts to clamp down on gun-related crime.
At approximately 5:00 a.m. on Sunday, February 8, 2026, officers attached to the Gangs, Narcotics and Firearms Unit (GNFU), supported by the Special Operations Team (SOT) and the K-9 Unit, conducted a coordinated operation in the upscale residential community.
Police executed a Warrant to Search Premises targeting illegal firearms and controlled drugs at the residence of Simone Sitolence and Mindy Louis.

During the search, officers intercepted and detained twenty-seven-year-old Ricardo Felicite of Babonneau, Castries; eighteen-year-old Harnelle L. Pierre of Lastic Hill, Castries; and thirty-nine-year-old Mindy Louis of Mary-Ann Street, Castries.

The operation resulted in the recovery of:
One black pistol
Twenty-eight rounds of 9mm ammunition
Two rounds of .380 ammunition
A quantity of concealed cash
Investigators subsequently charged all three individuals on Monday, February 9, 2026, with Possession of Firearm and Possession of Ammunition.

On Tuesday, February 10, 2026, the trio was escorted to the First District Court where each was granted bail in the sum of $40,000 cash or suitable surety.
