The Saint Lucia Fire Service was actively engaged over the weekend responding to several emergency incidents across the island, including trauma and motor vehicle accidents.
On Friday, November 6, 2025, at approximately 8:50 pm , fire service personnel responded to a reported stabbing at Balata, Babonneau. Upon arrival, a 22-year-old male was found lying on the ground with lacerations to the face and left arm. He received on-site treatment before being transported to a medical facility for advanced care.
Earlier that same day, at around 10:58 am, the Fire Service attended a motor vehicle collision on Chaussee Road, Castries, involving a minibus and a pedestrian. An adult female, 33 years old, was found seated at the scene with minor swelling to the abdomen. She was treated and subsequently taken to a medical facility for further medical attention.
The emergency response continued on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at approximately 8:00 pm, when firefighters were called to another vehicle-pedestrian collision on the John Compton Highway. At the scene, an adult male was discovered in a roadside drain with multiple abrasions to his body. He was promptly transported to a medical facility for further care.
