Following a successful police operation that led to multiple arrests on October 31, 2025, six individuals have now been formally charged with a range of firearm and drug-related offences. The suspects were processed and detained at the Centralized Community Safety Centre before appearing before the First District Court on Monday, November 3, 2025, for their initial bail hearing.

Those charged include:
Devon Stanio – multiple counts of possession and possession with intent to supply cocaine, cannabis, and cannabis resin.
Kenan Fergus – possession of a firearm and ammunition.
Vivian D’Auvergne – possession with intent to supply cocaine, cannabis, and cannabis resin.
Richie Glasgow – possession of a firearm and ammunition.
Brianna Pierrelouis – possession of a firearm and ammunition.
Marva Dorville – multiple counts of possession and possession with intent to supply cocaine, cannabis, and cannabis resin.
During Monday’s court session, Stanio, D’Auvergne, and Dorville were each granted bail in the sum of EC$11,000 cash or suitable surety, and are scheduled to return to court on December 11, 2025. Fergus, Glasgow, and Pierrelouis were each granted bail in the amount of EC$35,000 cash or suitable surety, also to reappear on December 11, 2025.
Police confirmed that Vivian D’Auvergne was additionally charged by the Choiseul Police for separate offences, including Using a Firearm with Intent, Using a Firearm in a Public Place, and Possession of a Firearm. These matters will be brought before the court at a later date.
Meanwhile, in a related update to the Shed 7, Port Castries drug interdiction, Kermisha Florent of La Croix has been formally charged following the seizure of 5.38 kilograms of cannabis during an intelligence-led operation on October 29, 2025.
Florent faces charges of:
Possession of a Controlled Substance (Cannabis)
Possession of a Controlled Substance (Cannabis) with Intent to Supply
Importation of a Controlled Substance (Cannabis)
She was granted bail in the sum of EC$14,000 cash or suitable surety and is expected to return to court on December 9, 2025.
The Royal Saint Lucia Police Force says investigations into these matters are ongoing.
