In a significant demonstration of regional law enforcement cooperation, Yannick ‘Tiny’ Gustave has been extradited to Martinique to face criminal charges, including robbery.
On Monday, September 22, 2025, Gustave was formally handed over to a French escort team for transfer to Martinique, in a joint operation involving the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force (RSLPF) and the Bordelais Correctional Facility (BCF).
The Royal Saint Lucia Police Force remains committed to upholding the rule of law and strengthening international cooperation in the fight against transnational crime.
