A tragic accident in the quiet community of Vanard has claimed the life of an elderly man, on Sunday afternoon.
According to initial reports, the vehicle in which the man was traveling veered off the road and plunged over a precipice. Emergency personnel responded to the scene, but despite their efforts, the man succumbed to the injuries he sustained during the crash.
