Law enforcement authorities in Antigua are seeking the assistance of the public to locate St. Lucian national Lisbert Evans. The fugitive is wanted for several allegations of fraud. Evans has reportedly been evading capture for an extended period, despite repeated attempts by the police to persuade him to come forward voluntarily.
Evans, who is originally from St. Lucia, is described as being approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall with a dark complexion. His last known address was in English Harbour, Antigua.
Antiguan police are calling on anyone who may have information about Evans’ whereabouts to contact the Criminal Investigations Department at 268-462-3913.
Evans is strongly urged to surrender himself.
