Saint Lucia’s vibrant culture took center stage in Canada’s capital as Saint Lucia Carnival ambassadors delivered a stellar performance in Ottawa as part of the island’s Independence celebrations in the diaspora. Among the standout performers were renowned Saint Lucian artists Arthur and Ezra, who electrified the audience with their dynamic musical sets. Arthur, known for his high-energy performances and signature soca hits, had the crowd dancing and singing along, while Ezra brought his unique flair, engaging the audience with powerful vocals and captivating stage presence. The Saint Lucian artists will also be performing during the halftime show of the game between the Toronto Raptors and the Miami Heat, which is sponsored by the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority as part of its campaign to market Saint Lucia as a destination. The game will take place on February 21st at Scotiabank Arena at 7:30 PM. This exciting opportunity further highlights the growing influence of Saint Lucian culture on the international stage.
