Two adult women were injured Wednesday night after being struck by a motor vehicle in Bois d’Orange, prompting an emergency response from the Saint Lucia Fire Service.
Fire officers responded to the scene at approximately 10:17 p.m. on December 17, 2025, following reports of a motor vehicular incident involving a vehicle and two pedestrians. Upon arrival, responders found both women at the roadside suffering from injuries of varying severity.
One of the victims sustained serious injuries, including a visible deformity to her upper right arm, along with puncture wounds, lacerations, and abrasions to several parts of her body. The second woman suffered minor injuries.
Though unconfirmed, CCTV footage appears to have surfaced online allegedly capturing the moment of impact.
Both individuals received initial treatment at the scene before being transported to a medical facility for further evaluation and advanced medical care. No further details were immediately available.
