As the St. Kitts Music Festival celebrates its milestone 27th anniversary, anticipation is reaching a fever pitch for what promises to be an electrifying showcase of Caribbean culture and musical excellence. Among the highly anticipated acts taking center stage is the dynamic Kes The Band, known for their infectious energy and irresistible soca rhythms.

With fans flocking from across the globe, the festival stands as a beacon of unity, celebration, and cultural pride. This landmark year honors two decades of unforgettable music and moments—and Kes is more than ready to help elevate the experience. “Kes is ready to help make it one for the books,” says Robert ‘Robbie Styles’ Persaud.

Styles, widely recognized as the hype man for Kes The Band, offered a glimpse into what fans can expect, promising a high-octane performance packed with feel-good vibes, signature hits, and surprises.

 “We’re gonna bring a range of music, and especially since it’s the 20th anniversary, we’re gonna bring old favorites, new favorites, old classics, new classics. In general, as usual, we’re delivering a very well-rounded show with something for everyone.”

The St. Kitts Music Festival has long held its reputation as one of the Caribbean’s premier music events, attracting world-class talent and music lovers from all backgrounds. Its enduring appeal lies in its commitment to showcasing a rich blend of genres—from reggae, calypso, and soca to jazz, R&B, and more. Each year, it becomes a powerful expression of musical diversity and Caribbean spirit.

This year is no exception, with a bold and eclectic lineup that reflects both the legacy of the festival and its forward-looking vision.

On Thursday, June 26th, the stage will feature Jamaican dancehall sensation Shenseea, rising acts Akaiiusweet & Tobap, Kollison Band, Kes The Band, Dejour, Afrobeat star Ayra Starr, and powerhouse vocalist Jennifer Hudson.

On Friday, the Queen of Dancehall, Spice, takes the stage, joined by Jah Vinci, Chronic Law, and Vybz Kartel featuring Christopher Martin. Saturday will close the festival on a high note with soulful performances from Romain Virgo, a slate of regional stars, and more surprises in store.
