A tragic traffic collision on Saturday night, May 31, 2025, at La Fargue in Choiseul has claimed the life of 24-year-old Daniel Auguste of Victoria, Choiseul. The Choiseul Police Station responded to the incident at approximately 10:06 p.m. following reports of a two-vehicle crash. Both victims were transported via ambulance to St. Jude Hospital, where Auguste was later pronounced dead by a medical practitioner.
The Royal Saint Lucia Police Force has confirmed that a post-mortem examination will be conducted at a later date. Authorities are once again urging all motorists to drive cautiously and adhere to traffic laws to help prevent further tragedies on the nation’s roads.
