The engagement provided a platform for open discussion, collaboration and the exchange of practical insights, allowing school leaders to share their experiences and challenges while contributing to solutions that support student success in an evolving educational landscape.
Minister Casimir emphasized that strong leadership within schools is central to delivering quality education and achieving meaningful reform.
“Effective education reform begins with listening to those who lead our schools every day. This engagement allows us to work collaboratively with principals and vice principals to ensure our policies are responsive, practical and focused on improving outcomes for every student,” Casimir said.
Minister Danny Butcher highlighted the government’s inclusive approach to education and the importance of supporting learners at every stage of development. “Our approach to education is holistic and people centered,” Butcher stated. “By engaging directly with school leaders, we are strengthening our support systems for early childhood, special and continuing education, while ensuring that digital transformation enhances teaching, learning and access across the board.”
