A family in Soufrière is mourning the loss of a loved one following a fatal shooting just two days before Christmas.
The deceased has been identified as 25-year-old Kenton Henry of Victoria Chouseul, who was shot in the Palmiste area in Soufrière at approximately 1:40 a.m. on Wednesday. Preliminary information indicates that Henry sustained gunshot wounds to the chest and head.
The circumstances surrounding the deadly incident remain unclear. Police have since launched an investigation as they work to determine what led to the fatal shooting.
