A man is nursing gunshot injuries following a shooting in Morne Du Don around 6:00 pm on Sunday, marking the second gun-related incident in Castries within a single day.
Police say the victim was transported to hospital for treatment. His condition has not yet been disclosed. Officers remain on the scene as investigations continue.
The evening gunfire came just hours after a morning drive-by shooting in New Village left two people injured. That incident occurred shortly after 9:00 a.m., when assailants reportedly opened fire before fleeing the area.
