Reggae icon Sizzla Kalonji has extended heartfelt thanks to the Government of Saint Lucia, the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority (SLTA), and the people of Saint Lucia following the filming of the official music video for his new single “So In Love”, which was shot on location at Windjammer Landing Resort.

The video was filmed during Sizzla’s visit for the 2025 Saint Lucia Jazz Festival and was produced with the support of the SLTA. According to Sizzla, the idea to film the video was a spontaneous decision, made possible by the welcoming environment and creative energy on the island.

“What made the experience even more special was the opportunity to collaborate with a local Saint Lucian video production crew and company,” Sizzla said in a statement. “Their talent, professionalism, and passion were on full display, and we are proud to have partnered with such a capable and creative team.”

The “So In Love” music video was directed by Divani Mitchell of DCM Visuals, and produced by Sharefil Gaillard of Grey Card Media and Lee Hippolyte of Circle Management. Dajon Charles of D’Lux Media served as both Director of Photography and Colorist. The video was edited by DCM Visuals, with Tarrick Alexander as Gaffer and Sharefil Gaillard also serving as Drone Operator. The video features Naomi St. Remy as the lead model.

Speaking on the significance of the collaboration, Gaillard said the production demonstrates the capacity of Saint Lucian creatives to deliver at a high level.
“This project proves that local talent is not only capable but ready for big productions. Working alongside a regional and international artist like Sizzla gives us greater visibility and reinforces the message that Saint Lucian creatives are good enough, and should be seen and respected across the global industry,” Gaillard said.
Sizzla’s team emphasized that the production was more than just a video, it was a celebration of regional unity and artistic excellence. The reggae artist also reflected on his Jazz Festival performance, noting the energy and appreciation shown by Saint Lucians.

“Our performance at the festival was a powerful and uplifting experience, made even more memorable by the incredible spirit of the Saint Lucian people,” Sizzla stated. He added that he hopes the “So In Love” video will spotlight Saint Lucia’s natural beauty and cultural richness for audiences worldwide.
“We believe this music video will shine a light on the natural beauty, creativity, and spirit of Saint Lucia.”
Sizzla concluded by expressing gratitude for the hospitality received and noted his hope for future collaborations with the island’s creative sector.
The “So In Love” music video is now available for viewing on YouTube, as well as across Sizzla’s official social media platforms and those of the creative team behind the production.
