Two men were discovered dead inside a vehicle in Inglewoods, Grande Riviere, on Sunday, triggering a homicide investigation. Police received a call for assistance shortly after 3 p.m. and responded promptly to the scene.
Upon arrival, officers found one individual in the driver’s seat of the vehicle, while the other was in the passenger’s seat. Authorities have yet to identify the victims, and crime scene investigators are currently gathering evidence at the scene.
One resident who spoke to Saint Lucia Daily Post recalled hearing the sound of four gunshots. “I was in my living room and had just opened the door when I heard the shots, so I just closed my door,” the female resident stated. Another added, “I thought it was children that were playing there.”
