Police Hunt for Murder Suspect

Police are actively searching for a young man wanted in connection with the alleged murder of 74-year-old Ken Joseph Ismael. The incident, which took place on March 20 in La Pointe, Choiseul, involved a fatal injury to Ismael’s head inflicted by a known assailant.

Authorities have not yet issued a warrant or a “Be On the Lookout” (BOLO) alert for the suspect. Nevertheless, they are urging the public to assist with information that could lead to the arrest of the individual involved in what is now the island’s 13th homicide of the year.

Witnesses have reported sightings of the alleged suspect, described as a male in his twenties, but law enforcement efforts to locate and apprehend him have so far been unsuccessful. Police are encouraging anyone with information related to the suspect or the crime to contact their nearest police station immediately.
